Territory Manager – Endovascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating sales revenues within the designated London & South East territory.

• Market and sell peripheral intervention solutions, such as stents, balloons, guidewires, and advanced vessel modification technologies.

• Achieve territory sales objectives across all products by enhancing call efficiency, expanding new business opportunities, and managing tenders and awards.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory.

• Ensure precise and timely administrative tasks, including CRM updates, forecasts, reporting, expense tracking, and budget oversight.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key accounts, representing Abbott in a professional and compliant manner.

• Assist the Regional Sales Manager with cross-territory field support and mentorship of junior team members.

• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to provide product training and education across the region, including Ireland.

• Serve as a role model for accountability and performance as a Territory Manager.

• Required to travel 75% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant product knowledge, including the ability to communicate clinical and/or technical data.

• Previous experience in a sales position within the Health Care Industry.

• Appropriate tertiary qualification or medical/paramedical certification (e.g., nursing) or relevant industry experience.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Ideally, previous training in professional selling skills, particularly within the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.

• Ability to develop a territory business plan.

• Proficient computer skills for Abbott field reporting data systems and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.

• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Good planning and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Self-motivated and disciplined.

• Resilient and tenacious personality.

• Based in or willing to relocate to the London & South East region.
