Territory Manager – Endovascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales revenue for the designated Scotland region concerning peripheral intervention products, which include stents, balloons, guidewires, and advanced vessel modification technologies.

• Achieve sales objectives for the territory by enhancing call efficiency, fostering new business relationships, and managing tenders and awards.

• Monitor market dynamics and competitor actions within the designated area.

• Accurately and punctually complete CRM updates, forecasts, reporting, expense management, and budget oversight.

• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts while representing Abbott in a professional and compliant manner.

• Assist the Regional Sales Manager by providing cross-territory support and mentoring junior team members.

• Work in conjunction with Clinical Specialists to provide product training and education throughout the region, including Ireland.

• Serve as a role model for accountability and performance as a Territory Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant product knowledge, including the ability to communicate clinical and/or technical data effectively.

• Previous experience in a sales position within the Healthcare industry.

• Relevant tertiary qualification or medical/paramedical certification, such as nursing, or equivalent industry experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ideally, experience with professional selling skills, particularly in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Ability to develop a territory business plan.

• Proficient computer skills for utilizing Abbott's field reporting data system, along with necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and disciplined individual.

• Resilient and determined personality.

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Scotland region.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
