Territory Manager – Companion Animal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated territory in the Montreal South Shore region.

• Generate interest in the Companion Animal portfolio by influencing customers’ prescribing and dispensing behaviors.

• Align territory management strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Ensure that performance targets are achieved or surpassed.

• Implement sales and marketing initiatives effectively.

• Utilize the Zoetis Sales Model and Call Execution methodology to stimulate demand and foster loyalty towards Zoetis brands.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of the market along with product and technical expertise.

• Lead promotional and commercial initiatives.

• Anticipate customer needs and issues, offering effective solutions.

• Connect customer requirements with the value proposition of Zoetis products and services.

• Exemplify Zoetis beliefs, values, and core competencies.

• Commit to ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, ideally in business or a scientific field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales and/or marketing.

• Familiarity with small-animal veterinary products is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to work effectively as part of a collaborative sales team or independently, as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Strong command of the English language for communication with Canadian and international colleagues outside of Quebec.

• Ability to create high-quality, professional documents and presentations in English.
