This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve sales goals for products within the territory while following ethical sales practices, compliance regulations, and promotional guidelines.
• Educate and promote product use to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals through individual meetings, group presentations, speaker programs, and sanctioned promotional activities.
• Spend five days a week in the field, dedicating office time as necessary for planning calls, following up with customers, delivering presentations, attending appointments, and preparing reports.
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
• Meet expectations for the call plan and sales goals within the territory.
• Implement approved marketing strategies and activities as outlined in the territory and regional business plans.
• Provide support to targeted customers using authorized resources, sales materials, and promotional initiatives.
• Carry out the sales strategy for the territory by utilizing both territory and regional business plans along with call activity reports.
• Timely submission of accurate reports on sales call activities and territory expenses.
• Participate in company-sponsored sales and medical meetings.
• Manage territory and regional projects while ensuring consistent sales performance.
• Exhibit sales influence within the designated territory.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight trips, to engage with targeted healthcare professionals.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics sales is required.
• Experience in the cardiovascular field is preferred.
• Capability to learn, understand, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information effectively.
• Strong aptitude for sales and relevant experience gained through education or work history.
• Proven track record of sales success from previous roles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• A proactive and can-do attitude.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong motivational and persuasion capabilities.
