This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Meet sales objectives for your territory while upholding ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and promotional regulations.
• Educate and promote product usage to designated physicians and healthcare professionals via individual meetings, group presentations, speaker programs, and sanctioned promotional activities.
• Spend 5 days weekly in the field, with additional office time allocated for call planning, follow-up, presentations, appointments, reports, and associated tasks.
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
• Implement approved marketing strategies and execute territory/regional business plan initiatives.
• Provide support to targeted customers utilizing approved resources, sales materials, and promotional programs.
• Carry out the territory sales strategy in accordance with regional business plans and call activity reports.
• Accurately submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in company-sponsored sales and medical meetings.
• Manage territory and regional projects while sustaining sales performance.
• Exhibit sales influence throughout the territory.
• Travel across the territory, including overnight stays, to engage with targeted healthcare professionals.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics sales experience is required.
• Experience in the cardiovascular field is preferred.
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information effectively.
• Strong sales aptitude with related experience through education or work history.
• Proven track record of sales success from previous positions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive and can-do attitude.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective motivational and persuasion skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
