Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B door-to-door cold calling.

• Generate leads and utilize CRM tools to monitor activities.

• Establish and manage new accounts.

• Oversee accounts that have been sold.

• Secure new business in the freight shipping sector.

• Provide logistics solutions that help reduce operational costs for customers.

• Market transportation services to executive-level decision-makers.

• Engage in corporate training programs, senior TM initiatives, management development, and field training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight sales is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, particularly in business, marketing, or communication courses.

• Active participation in campus activities is desirable.

• An athletic background is highly recommended.

• Must possess a naturally enthusiastic and energetic personality.

• A polished and professional appearance and demeanor is essential.

• A strong determination to be part of a successful team is required.

• A deep-seated desire to achieve success is crucial.

• A passion for sales is necessary.

• Capability to conduct B2B door-to-door cold calling is essential.
