This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement impactful aftermarket commercial strategies by leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights, and growth potential across intricate distribution channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with OEMs and major national accounts to foster sustainable business expansion.
• Navigate through complex customer organizations and stakeholder networks effectively.
• Oversee revenue management, pricing strategies, profitability, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and address intricate business challenges.
• Persuade cross-functional teams and senior leadership without direct authority to achieve business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders in purchasing, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership.
• Proven experience in crafting and implementing commercial strategies for aftermarket products within a highly competitive, multi-channel distribution framework.
• At least 3+ years of experience managing strategic OEM or substantial national accounts, focusing on long-term business development and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated responsibility for customer revenue, pricing strategies, profitability, and the attainment of commercial goals.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and resolving complex business challenges with OEMs or other significant strategic clients.
• Strong comprehension of heavy-duty aftermarket distribution channels, dealer networks, competitive products, and market dynamics.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority to meet business objectives.
• Experience in leveraging market intelligence, financial analysis, sales forecasting, and business analytics to identify growth opportunities and formulate account strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating complex customer organizations by fostering relationships across purchasing, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership.
• A college or university degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, technical fields, or a related subject, or an acceptable combination of education and experience is required.
• A significant level of relevant work experience, including prior customer and/or product experience is required.
• This is a remote-based position within the contiguous United States.
• A travel requirement of 50% is expected.
