Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage an established portfolio of clients

• Expand business opportunities with current clients through regular follow-ups

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including mailings, e-marketing, special events, cold calls, and more

• Provide marketing and strategic insights to meet client requirements

• Address the ongoing needs of current clients

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients

• Increase sales within the district

• Act as the intermediary between clients and POS departments

• Track the sales pipeline using a customer relationship management system (CRM)

• Manage projects from the initial order stage through to client fulfillment

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be located in Colorado, Utah, or Arizona

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related area

• Preferred experience in inside/outside sales, project management, or account management

• Previous experience in an agency, marketing, or healthcare setting is desirable

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong skills in client relations

• Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) software is advantageous

• Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills

• Drug screening is required
