This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the commercial and strategic relationships for designated Enterprise accounts with 75–499 locations.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer leadership.
• Manage expansion ARR and retention objectives while converting POC engagements into paid, Live implementations.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities, creating customer ROI business cases.
• Oversee renewals and secure commitments for expansion prior to contract expiration.
• Finalize deals within your authority and escalate larger or more complex transactions to leadership.
• Maintain precise forecasts and pipelines; pinpoint at-risk relationships and devise retention strategies.
• Lead and conduct QBRs/EBRs.
• Prepare and present reviews driven by metrics that showcase ROI, adoption, and readiness for expansion.
• Keep accurate CRM records of commitments, deliverables, and account strategies.
• Manage implementation schedules and success plans, tracking milestones and escalating any risks.
• Maintain ongoing 12-month account plans that include growth targets, success metrics, risk factors, and execution timelines.
• Collaborate with Onboarding & Implementation, Product/Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams to expedite go-live, advocate for solutions, and validate expansion.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships across multiple locations.
• Experience in driving POC conversions or navigating complex sales cycles to closure.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; familiarity with SaaS metrics and ROI modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Self-motivated; capable of managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, strategy sessions, and QBRs/EBRs.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or SaaS sectors.
• Background in multi-location or DSO operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology or dental software.
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
