This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales for North America to devise and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with company directives.
• Recognize and resolve obstacles to product integration and acceptance.
• Identify prospective new clients and opportunities.
• Oversee sales and customer support within the assigned territory.
• Implement product launch strategies through customer product introductions and in-services.
• Analyze the territory and pinpoint key target accounts.
• Generate and pursue sales leads.
• Monitor competitive activities and relay information to the marketing team.
• Foster relationships with multiple customers within hospital accounts.
• Keep customers updated on supply and inventory status.
• Address customer complaints and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in market development initiatives to increase the number of patients receiving treatment.
• Support educational programs for physicians and health professionals to expedite the adoption of metra.
• Represent the organization and its products at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, marketing, medical, leadership, and the extended matrix team to fulfill customer needs.
• Manage a vast geographical area necessitating routine air travel and overnight stays.
• Comply with OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a medically related discipline.
• At least five years of sales experience in the medical device or transplant sector, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• A minimum of five years of sales experience focusing on hospital total account management.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset characterized by resourcefulness, creativity, and personal credibility.
• Excellent presentation skills, both virtually and in live settings.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and active listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with non-routine responsibilities and locations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the medical device market, particularly with experience in organ transplantation.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
