Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Oregon.

• Consistently meet or surpass specified sales budgets, strategic objectives, and KPIs.

• Create and execute a strategic prospecting plan, providing weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Carry out strategic sales initiatives for small to medium-sized retailers and National Account locations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and retail customers.

• Deliver impactful sales and training presentations.

• Travel throughout the designated territory and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer engagement plans.

• Generate business reports and regularly submit expense reports.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Vice President of Sales or Regional Sales Manager.

• Allocate approximately 80% of time to acquiring new business and 20% to account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is essential.

• Experience in the retail sector is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in new business development (sales hunting) is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.

• Extensive driving is expected.

• A current driver's license and dependable transportation are mandatory.

• The primary residence must be within the Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Oregon territory for the duration of employment.
