This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee sales and distribution efforts within a designated geographical area, encompassing merchandising responsibilities.
• Effectively promote company initiatives to retail partners, including managing promotions, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Sell and implement the 4Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, and product to both customers and adult nicotine consumers.
• Create a localized strategy and business plan to achieve territory objectives.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and target current and prospective retail outlets within the territory for product sales opportunities.
• Consult with and provide guidance to retail partners on category management and business analytics.
• Enhance business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and meticulous pre-call planning.
• Develop and/or utilize systems to monitor, measure, and analyze key initiatives and business metrics.
• Employ analytic tools to assess market opportunities and evaluate their impact on business performance and results.
• Carry out account management responsibilities for designated chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Cultivate leadership potential through continuous training and significant experiences.
• Execute related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in a marketing-focused role is preferred, particularly in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business environments.
• Proficient in utilizing sales technologies and software, such as SalesForce and Tableau, to analyze and act on key data insights.
• Demonstrate effective collaboration in a team setting and foster account relationships through cross-functional teamwork.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past three years.
• Have reliable transportation or be willing to acquire a vehicle suitable for daily work use.
• Ability to concentrate and manage various priorities simultaneously.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Able to climb and work at heights between 9 to 12 feet.
• Competent in accessing and working in limited and confined spaces.
• Skilled in visually inspecting and handling merchandise and advertising displays.
• Able to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
