This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Drive growth by securing new business and enhancing iRhythm’s presence within critical health systems.
• Promote the Zio platform among cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other influential clinical stakeholders.
• Identify and nurture new business prospects with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Create and implement a territory growth strategy focusing on market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation and needs assessment to contract finalization and onboarding.
• Present data-driven sales presentations that highlight the clinical and economic advantages of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate intricate healthcare landscapes to foster partnerships and facilitate account conversions.
• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com for forecasting, territory planning, and reporting.
• Manage account performance and operational health, including training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and usage growth.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Evaluate territory performance, market trends, and competitive actions.
• Provide leadership with insights on territory dynamics, customer requirements, and market alterations.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience.
• At least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Demonstrated success in capturing market share, launching new territories or products, or displacing competitors through value-based selling.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with robust business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, approximately 4.5 days per week in the field, including occasional weeknight and overnight travel.
