This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Acquire new business and expand iRhythm’s presence within key health systems.
• Promote the adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, healthcare administrators, hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Formulate and implement territory growth strategies that emphasize market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
• Lead the complete sales process from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
• Provide data-driven sales presentations that convey the clinical and economic advantages of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a Salesforce.com sales pipeline for accurate forecasting, territory planning, and reporting.
• Oversee account performance and operational health, which includes training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and usage growth.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Provide leadership with insights on territory dynamics, customer requirements, and market changes.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education or a combination of education and experience may qualify.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, including at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Proven track record in gaining market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing competitors through value-based selling.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset complemented by strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days per week in the field, including occasional weeknights and overnight travel as needed).
