This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Formulate and implement territory growth strategies aimed at market penetration, product adoption, and sustained customer value.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and needs assessment to contract finalization and onboarding.
• Present data-driven sales pitches that convey the clinical and economic benefits of the Zio platform.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, medical professionals, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate complex healthcare landscapes to facilitate partnerships and account conversions.
• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com for forecasting, territory planning, and reporting purposes.
• Oversee account performance and operational health, including training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and usage enhancement.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Evaluate territory performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Provide leadership with insights on territory dynamics, customer requirements, and market changes.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• At least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Demonstrated success in gaining market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing competitors through value-based selling.
• Capability to create and implement strategic sales plans within complex environments.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with solid business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, approximately 4.5 days per week in the field, with occasional weeknights and overnight travel as required.
