This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Acquire new business and enhance iRhythm’s presence across major health systems.
• Promote the adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Develop and implement territory growth strategies centered on market penetration, product adoption, and customer value.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
• Present data-driven sales presentations that convey the clinical and economic benefits of the Zio platform.
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate complex healthcare environments to foster partnerships and convert accounts.
• Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce.com for effective forecasting, territory planning, and reporting.
• Manage account performance, training, inventory, workflow optimization, and growth in usage.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Experience, Field Sales Representatives, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Provide leadership insights on territory dynamics, customer needs, and market transitions.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 5 years of successful sales experience.
• At least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Demonstrated success in capturing market share, launching new territories or products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
• Ability to formulate and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, approximately 4.5 days per week in the field, with occasional weeknight and overnight travel.
