This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Formulate territory plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers that align with IWP’s sales strategy and quota goals.
• Identify and develop new B2B business relationships through networking, cold calling, and marketing data analysis.
• Recognize decision-makers and influencers to secure buy-in for IWP’s value proposition.
• Evaluate current accounts for unfulfilled needs and service gaps, recommending solutions to enhance referrals.
• Articulate and present the value proposition to potential referral sources both in person and digitally.
• Assess initial referral sources and nurture referral growth.
• Successfully close self-generated business opportunities.
• Foster relationships with existing clients to generate additional referrals.
• Establish a client referral base to enhance new-account closure ratios.
• Oversee and expand a dedicated sales territory.
• Conduct quarterly and annual business planning sessions with the Director.
• Build networking relationships across various industries, including healthcare, medical devices, local unions, and patient advocacy groups.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities such as expense reporting, travel planning, and maintaining Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with Home Office Support teams on sales-related initiatives.
• Travel overnight within the regional territory and spend three days per week in the field.
• At least two years of experience in B2B outside sales; five years or more is preferred.
• Demonstrated sales record with a consistent increase in sales production annually.
• Top performer with documented sales achievements or accolades.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing relationships with established key strategic partners or opinion leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, overcoming objections, presentation skills, securing commitments, and negotiation.
• High degree of self-motivation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to build customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with various software applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally 25% to 35%, including participation in regional and national sales meetings.
