This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop a territory strategy in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers that aligns with IWP’s sales goals and objectives.
• Identify and establish new business relationships through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging marketing data.
• Recognize key decision-makers and influencers to secure support for IWP’s value proposition.
• Evaluate current accounts for unmet needs and service gaps, providing recommended solutions.
• Articulate service value propositions through in-person presentations and digital communications.
• Assess initial referral sources and nurture increases in referrals.
• Successfully close self-generated business opportunities.
• Enhance referral generation by fostering relationships with existing clients.
• Establish a client referral network to improve new account closure rates.
• Manage and expand a designated sales territory.
• Conduct quarterly and annual business planning sessions alongside the Director and Regional Sales team.
• Forge collaborative relationships across the healthcare, medical-device, local-union, and patient-advocacy sectors.
• Execute administrative tasks such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and Salesforce management.
• Work in partnership with Home Office Support teams on sales-related initiatives.
• At least two years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) outside sales.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in B2B outside sales.
• Proven sales history with documented achievements or awards.
• Experience in cultivating relationships with established key strategic partners or opinion leaders.
• Highly self-driven, demonstrating exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in customer relationship building and customer service.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various software applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally (25% to 35%), including participation in regional and national sales meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of selling techniques, including prospecting, overcoming objections, presentation skills, securing commitments, and negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
