This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote, sell, and demonstrate RIDGID® and Greenlee® tools and equipment.
• Foster sales growth within the designated territory by managing key accounts and cultivating relationships with distributors and end users.
• Create and execute territory business strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and distributors.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support.
• Propel strategic initiatives for new product and solution sales.
• Formulate, present, and implement annual business plans.
• Develop and oversee monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Track economic factors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on product applications, pricing programs, and market solutions.
• Assist in regional and national training initiatives as well as special projects.
• Aid customers in assessing business challenges and opportunities through consultative insights and solution alignment.
• Experience in working with distribution channels, preferably within the electrical, industrial, or plumbing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing and executing territory business plans that facilitate incremental growth.
• Experience in conducting field product demonstrations, training, and resolving technical issues with end users and distributors.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to introduce new products and solutions to enhance market share.
• Experience in developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support within a B2B sales context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
