This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive sales expansion within the designated territory by managing key accounts, fostering relationships with distributors and end-users, and advocating for Professional Tools solutions.
• Create and implement territory business plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and distributors to enhance market share, meet sales objectives, and ensure customer success.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support for end users and distribution partners.
• Spearhead the launch and integration of strategic new products and solutions.
• Develop, manage, and uphold accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with distributor partners and end users.
• Act as a subject matter expert for products, applications, and pricing programs.
• Create and maintain effective merchandising displays at key distributor locations.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
• Experience working within distribution channels, preferably in electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing territory business plans that foster incremental growth.
• Experience in conducting field product demonstrations, training, and providing technical problem-solving support with end users and distributors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce new products and solutions to increase market share.
• Experience in developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while also effectively contributing as part of a collaborative team.
• Preferred experience in B2B sales, marketing, or technical support within a professional tools or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
