This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Propel sales growth in the designated territory by managing key accounts, establishing relationships with distributors and end-users, and advocating for Professional Tools solutions.
• Formulate and implement territory business plans alongside internal stakeholders and distributors to enhance market share, meet sales objectives, and ensure long-term customer success.
• Carry out field product demonstrations, provide training, and offer technical support to end users and distribution partners.
• Spearhead the launch and acceptance of strategic new products and solutions.
• Create, present, and execute annual territory business plans.
• Construct, oversee, and maintain precise monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key distributor partners and end users.
• Act as a subject matter expert on products, applications, and pricing programs.
• Assist regional and national initiatives through training and execution of special projects.
• Design and maintain effective merchandising displays at essential distributor locations.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Mountain Region.
• Experience engaging with distribution channels, preferably within the electrical, industrial, or plumbing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing territory business plans that yield incremental growth.
• Experience in conducting field product demonstrations, training, and providing technical problem-solving assistance to end users and distributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to launch new products and solutions to increase market share.
• Experience in developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Background in B2B sales, marketing, or technical support within a professional tools or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
