This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive commercial success within a designated geographic area.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with oncology healthcare practitioners.
• Implement brand strategy through compliant scientific and product education.
• Assist in the appropriate identification and access of patients.
• Develop and execute a detailed business plan for the territory.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage oncology accounts and key office personnel.
• Provide approved product information, clinical data, and disease state education.
• Manage account interactions to ensure appropriate product usage.
• Analyze performance data in the territory to enhance call planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
• Share field insights regarding customer needs, market trends, competitive actions, and reimbursement patterns.
• Take part in internal meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Keep CRM documentation up to date regarding customer interactions, call activities, and territory plans.
• Complete expense reports and maintain accountability for samples.
• Comply with FDA regulations, company SOPs, and industry compliance standards.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Oncology sales experience is mandatory.
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based position with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of compliant promotion within a regulated environment.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Preferred experience in oncology specialty sales within a small-to-midsize biotech or emerging company.
• Knowledge of oncology treatment landscapes, clinical pathways, and reimbursement considerations.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into territory strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
