This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet territory sales goals through proactive selling and initiatives aimed at enhancing market share and sales growth.
• Develop business alliances with key decision-makers to promote Comfort Medical’s service offerings.
• Engage with targeted accounts and implement strategies to fulfill territory sales objectives.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to uncover opportunities within the territory.
• Comprehend the issues, challenges, and opportunities faced by clinical, financial, and other decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for growth within community-based continence programs.
• Create demand for designated rehab centers and urology practices.
• Support community organizations and mentor newly injured patients transitioning from rehabilitation to home.
• Discover customer strategies and present financial and clinical value propositions.
• Organize daily call schedules and account coverage plans.
• Utilize sales tools, reports, marketing directives, and educational resources to optimize growth.
• Keep track of competitive activities, sales volumes, market trends, and industry developments.
• Retain and expand existing business while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Foster cross-functional relationships, including collaboration with Coloplast field sales representatives.
• Participate in industry meetings, trade shows, and CMSA meetings as necessary.
• Manage information in the CRM and maintain records related to sales, expenses, and administrative tasks.
• Utilize PowerBI and Brightree for account follow-ups and time management.
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of med tech sales experience, OR a 2-year associate degree with at least 5 years of med tech sales experience, OR over 7 years of med tech sales experience.
• Preference for candidates with DME or service-specific experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays, 25%-50% of the time.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare facility credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Administrative skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of clinical and technical products.
• Familiarity with competitive activities, products, current market trends, and industry insights.
