This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build robust relationships with Cherry partner practices, with an emphasis on retaining and increasing Cherry transaction volume.

• Deliver training and marketing support to partner practice personnel.

• Engage with partner practices in designated territories to promote high levels of patient transactions utilizing Cherry.

• Identify and prospect new customer leads, targeting key decision-makers.

• Generate opportunities and schedule product demonstrations with both new and existing leads.

• Conduct product demonstrations to onboard small and medium-sized medical practices.

• Request referrals to enhance Cherry's presence within the assigned territory.

• Gather product and service feedback from partner practices.

• Manage and develop the designated practice development sales territory.

• Anticipate expected sales transaction volume.

• Record and monitor sales interactions within the CRM system.

• Enhance sales engagement strategies through technology tools and data analytics.

• Tailor the sales approach to suit various types of medical practices.

• Travel to and participate in industry events and trade shows as necessary.

• Continuously refine sales methodologies through feedback, learning, and experimentation.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall team performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-5+ years of experience in a sales position concentrated on elective medical, aesthetic, or dental practices, with a blend of field and inside sales experience preferred.

• Proven top performer in a current sales role, demonstrating a successful history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Strong ability and willingness to effectively engage clients both over the phone and in person.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations in a remote working environment.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools; Salesforce is preferred.

• Preferred familiarity with cloud-based communication tools such as Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, and Zoom.

• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
