Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel Brooks product sales and expansion within targeted specialty accounts in a designated territory.

• Oversee seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through for footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks.

• Partner with sales management to achieve annual strategic sales objectives and revenue goals.

• Attain and evaluate seasonal backlog objectives.

• Manage bulk process support and anticipate key product drivers.

• Control inventory levels and track sell-through rates to facilitate replenishment and maintain future orders while minimizing returns.

• Create monthly business reviews that assess territory performance and competition.

• Engage external stakeholders to develop seasonal brand and product initiatives across both physical and digital channels.

• Design and deliver seasonal product presentations and assortments.

• Collaborate across functions on sales initiatives and grassroots events, including in-store promotions, expos, and store running teams.

• Work closely with local Brooks Guru on revenue and marketing strategies.

• Cultivate relationships with Brooks stakeholders including Credit, Runner Experience, and the Distribution Center.

• Deliver exemplary service to owners, buyers, and marketing teams.

• Provide field insights on Brooks and competitor products, programs, services, and marketplace trends.

• Travel to assigned accounts, tradeshows, bi-annual sales meetings, and account visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.

• Preferred experience in footwear and apparel sales.

• Specialty retail (running) experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Data Cube, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Tableau is preferred.

• Solid understanding of essential MS Office applications.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills that foster trust and inspire effective working relationships throughout the organization.

• Strong attention to detail in planning, organization, and task execution, while maintaining a broader perspective.

• Excellent presentation capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak season.
