This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Drive sales performance and foster business growth within a designated geographic area.
• Develop, implement, and execute a detailed territory business plan that aligns with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business entity, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize return on investment.
• Utilize CRM systems, sales analytics, and other data sources to enhance targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Engage with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, office staff, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver clinically accurate product presentations customized to meet customer needs.
• Implement promotional programs, educational initiatives, speaker programs, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness to promote long-term account growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Azurity products, disease states, clinical data, and market dynamics.
• Accurately communicate complex clinical information in various customer settings.
• Monitor competitor actions, treatment guidelines, payer developments, and industry trends.
• Complete mandatory training and enhance product, market, and selling expertise.
• Conduct business activities in a compliant, ethical, and professional manner.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in the CRM system.
• Manage territory expenses and resources within the approved budget.
• Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory and key customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to effectively communicate clinical and scientific information.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and air travel.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Skilled in manipulating a keyboard and operating a telephone and handheld devices.
