Growth Partnerships Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategies to establish the inaugural affiliate program and increase new funded wallets and traders on Phantom.

• Identify and engage high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, KOLs, and financial publishers.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with top-tier affiliates, providing support, guidance, and incentives to enhance performance.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue.

• Optimize campaigns and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate with affiliates to produce reviews, guides, tutorials, and other promotional materials.

• Utilize Impact affiliate tracking software to manage assets, monitor performance, and handle payments.

• Oversee the roadmap for technological advancements and event planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing within consumer fintech industries, especially app-based businesses.

• Demonstrated success in developing and launching affiliate marketing programs on a global scale.

• In-depth knowledge of the affiliate partnership ecosystem in the crypto field (publishers, KOLs, influencers).

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data teams, as well as managing external agencies.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate product benefits through branded content.

• Enthusiasm for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance, or a readiness to learn and engage in the field.
