This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive sales performance and foster business growth within a designated geographic area.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business entity, prioritizing accounts and resources to optimize return on investment.
• Utilize CRM systems, sales analytics, and various data sources to enhance targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, pharmacies, health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Engage with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, office personnel, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver clinically accurate product presentations customized to meet customer needs.
• Implement promotional initiatives, educational programs, speaker events, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness to promote long-term account development.
• Acquire knowledge of Azurity products, relevant disease states, clinical data, and market dynamics.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly across various customer settings.
• Monitor competitor actions, treatment guidelines, payer updates, and industry trends.
• Complete all necessary training and enhance expertise in products, market, and sales techniques.
• Conduct activities in a compliant and ethical manner, adhering to company policies, regulations, and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM, including sample accountability where applicable.
• Manage territory expenses and resources within allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience is necessary.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to operate independently while managing a territory and key customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in conveying clinical and scientific information effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including overnight and air travel.
• Must be capable of sitting for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use a keyboard and operate a telephone and handheld devices.
