This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

đź“‹ Description

• Oversee and enhance sales for designated products within a specified geographic area.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Formulate and implement business plans for the territory.

• Provide clinical education and engage with customers.

• Prioritize key accounts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.

• Conduct compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and offer clinical support.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.

• Utilize a personal vehicle for company-related activities.

• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.

• Advocate for the Acera product line and clinically validated wound care solutions to enhance patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• A current, valid Driver’s License is required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

• Ongoing eligibility is required, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications may be required to access healthcare or third-party facilities.

• Proven ability to independently manage time and priorities while adapting swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.

• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.

• A history of building and sustaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in a sales or clinical environment.

• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
