This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead master planning, material requirements planning, and production planning for teams assigned to production sites within the Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers and Edible Oils sectors.
• Ensure the integration of manufacturing plans, processes, and programs.
• Supervise master production, production scheduling, and material requirements planning across an extensive network.
• Formulate strategies from the Integrated Business Planning Process for short-term planning, production, and material requirements spanning a 0–12 week timeframe.
• Track supply and demand, pinpoint inventory gaps, and prioritize essential customer needs.
• Monitor production delays, inventory shortages, supply chain disruptions, and logistics challenges.
• Align priorities with plant supply chain management, inventory, operations, FSQR, procurement, sales, product line management, and transportation leadership.
• Oversee the S&OE formal process and tackle near-term shortages, revenue opportunities, priorities, constraints, and decision-making.
• Create plans and achieve results in a rapidly evolving business or regulatory landscape.
• Mentor and develop skilled professionals and supervisors, including coaching and talent management decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to align staffing selections with current and future requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of related work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• A decade of experience, with a minimum of five years in material requirements planning, master production planning, or production scheduling is preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship.
