This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project management throughout the entire lifecycle for the team's array of prototype and pilot initiatives.

• Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies, and decision gates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional contributors, monitor commitments, and ensure alignment of workstreams with charters and deadlines.

• Manage project intake and kickoff processes from initiation through to retrospectives.

• Monitor risks, blockers, dependencies, open questions, and decisions, while escalating any threats to timelines or critical decision points.

• Create and sustain portfolio trackers and status reports.

• Assist in pilot execution through logistics coordination, stakeholder communications, timelines, and launch preparedness.

• Ensure visibility across ongoing initiatives, pilots, and evaluation efforts.

• Manage the team's document and knowledge management system, which includes an artifact library, templates, version control, naming conventions, and access rights.

• Keep reusable artifacts such as pilot charters, decision memos, evaluation plans, and project briefs up to date.

• Oversee document workflows, including drafting assistance, review routing, and final production.

• Record and organize team decisions, insights, and process enhancements.

• Facilitate agile-style planning activities, including sprint or cycle planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project or program management.

• Proven ability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and decision gates, in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Experience in managing knowledge and document management systems, including the creation of templates, version control, and reusable artifact libraries.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and document production capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for team and stakeholder meetings.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred.

• A strong passion for enhancing educational and career opportunities through mission-driven work.
