This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic area, achieving or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
• Formulate and implement territory business strategies, encompassing clinical education, customer interaction, and prioritization of accounts.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care locations.
• Provide compliant product demonstrations, training, and clinical assistance.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management practices.
• Utilize a personal vehicle for business purposes and engage in the FAVR program.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Support the Acera product line and Restrata wound care technologies to enhance patient outcomes and surgical effectiveness.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to manage time and priorities autonomously while quickly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including effective management of people, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven history of developing and sustaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in sales or clinical environments.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) check and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• May need to acquire licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
