This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee and expand sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Formulate and implement territory business plans, which include clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.
• Provide compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical assistance.
• Guarantee accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Utilize a personal vehicle for company-related activities and enroll in Solventum’s FAVR program.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales, or a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is required.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance prerequisites, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
• Certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or additional credentials may be necessary to access healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Proven capability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective management of personnel, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Established history of fostering and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical teams in a sales or clinical context.
• Proficient negotiation, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
