This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of new Health Plan/Health System solutions.
• Collaborate with Network and Clinical teams to establish, standardize, and document solution services, KPIs, customer SLAs, unique selling points, and pricing structures.
• Work alongside Pricing and Finance teams to create profitable pricing and packaging strategies.
• Partner with Product Management to shape the technology platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with GM and Product Marketing to formulate solution positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
• Team up with Enablement to produce solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and proposal templates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales and pre-sales teams on essential customer and prospect sales.
• Provide training for sales, pre-sales, and customer development teams on the solution’s value proposition and delivery model.
• Define and monitor solution KPIs, which encompass revenue, margin, market share, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create feedback channels with customers, sales, product, and clinical teams to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Assist in managing the solution lifecycle from launch to renewal while optimizing performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance teams to commercialize service technologies and address critical business challenges.
• Over 10 years of experience in a strategic position within an enterprise B2B technology or healthcare organization.
• Relevant background in product management, product marketing, sales leadership, client development, and/or management consulting.
• Proven track record in defining and launching intricate solutions that bundle software/technology with services.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, including the ability to build business cases and leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Established ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional skill in conveying complex technical and business concepts to stakeholders, ranging from C-level executives to Product Managers.
• Proficient in engaging with prospects and customers/clients as part of the sales process.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with value-based pricing and solution packaging strategies is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare and health plan contracting is preferred.
