Director of Provider Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Analyze provider-level data and key performance indicators to pinpoint coaching and training opportunities.

• Convert data into clear, actionable development plans.

• Create tailored development plans based on experience, performance metrics, and identified opportunities.

• Provide coaching to providers at all Annie Aesthetic clinic locations.

• Design and oversee a scalable education and training process for providers.

• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure that training fosters clinical excellence, practical application, and overall clinic performance.

• Reinforce training through continuous coaching and assessment.

• Establish a connected community of providers across various locations, brands, and regions.

• Create platforms for exchanging best practices, case studies, and valuable insights.

• Recognize high-performing providers and promote their strengths throughout the organization.

• Enhance provider engagement, retention, and career advancement.

• Maintain an active injecting practice for 1 to 2 days each week.

• Act as a practical example of clinical standards.

• Develop and manage a structured onboarding pathway for new providers that includes shadowing, mentorship, training, and milestone tracking.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on provider recruitment and candidate assessments.

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a medical aesthetics provider.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required.

• Practical experience in injecting procedures.

• Strong knowledge of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience.

• Proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring other providers.

• Proficient in using performance data to identify opportunities and develop practical, personalized development plans.

• Capable of providing direct, constructive, and actionable feedback to providers at all skill levels.

• Excellent project management skills to coordinate training initiatives across clinics, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Ability to create structure, community, and shared standards in areas where they currently do not exist.

• Willingness to travel frequently to Annie clinic locations; approximately 50% travel expected.
