This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and nurture collaborations with surgeons and operating room teams.
• Promote the adoption of Restrata®, our leading synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, along with associated product lines.
• Offer case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, educational support, clinical assistance, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical operations.
• Oversee and increase sales of designated products within a specific geographic region.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement territory business strategies, encompassing clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization tactics.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across hospital departments and care sites.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a recognized university and at least 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility.
• Compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status is necessary.
• Licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities may be necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device sales experience engaging with physicians and/or surgeons within hospital systems, with direct experience assisting surgical cases in the operating room.
• Ability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven history of developing and sustaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in both sales and clinical environments.
• Effective negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft 365 and Concur.
