Territory Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams.

• Promote the adoption of Restrata®, a synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, along with associated product lines.

• Offer case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative assistance during surgical procedures.

• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic territory.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Create and implement business plans for the territory.

• Strategize clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across hospital departments and care sites.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is necessary.

• Ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off must be maintained.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status is required.

• Possession of licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities may be necessary.

• Up to 90% travel within the sales territory may be required.
