This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams.

• Promote the adoption of Restrata® and associated product lines by providing case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical assistance, procedural support, and hands-on intraoperative aid.

• Oversee and expand sales of designated products within a specific geographic area.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Create and implement territory business plans, encompassing clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and management of inventory.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.

• Travel within the sales territory, potentially up to 90% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, coupled with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or related medical field sales; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• A current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including adherence to Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May be required to have licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications to access healthcare or third-party facilities.
