This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Zoetis Dairy operations in the Twin Falls, Idaho region.

• Direct the Zoetis Animal Health Dairy business in collaboration with distributors, veterinarians, dealers, and producers.

• Engage with dairy producers, veterinarians, dealers, and distributor representatives.

• Assess and differentiate between Zoetis products and those of competitors.

• Facilitate educational training sessions and producer seminars utilizing presentation and sales techniques.

• Establish and nurture relationships while influencing trade channels, including veterinarians, distributors, extension, and university personnel.

• Manage a wide-ranging geographic territory and a varied customer demographic to meet sales goals, enhance market share, and achieve business objectives.

• Foster customer trust through dependability, credibility, and effective follow-up.

• Strategically plan territory priorities through data analysis, resource allocation, and execution of business plans.

• Leverage knowledge of the dairy industry, products, business operations, and financial aspects.

• Collaborate effectively and exhibit strong teamwork.

• Carry out additional assigned tasks and responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience related to cattle for the position of Territory Business Manager.

• Preferred background includes Animal Health experience and familiarity with the Dairy industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of products and associated diseases.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the designated area.

• Capability to work on dairy operations.

• Readiness to engage with cows, from husbandry to treatment administration and educational sessions on product use.

• Willingness to travel overnight, including some weekends, estimating at about 25% of the time.

• All candidates must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Experience with Dairy Comp and PC Dart is a plus.
