This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee on-site installation teams for intricate projects.
• Take ownership of site-related challenges and maintain P&L accountability for site activities and related expenses.
• Manage site contracts, project risks, contract disputes, and claims effectively.
• Supervise on-site operations for 50% of each scheduled workday, including a minimum of three full site inspections daily.
• Recognize and assess issues, risks, and opportunities, initiating both corrective and preventive measures.
• Oversee quality, scheduling, timelines, costs, information, and nonconformities.
• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors while managing stakeholders, including senior management.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project progress, out-of-scope work, payments, and site-related matters.
• Ensure high-quality installation execution in line with corporate protocols.
• Conduct installation quality assessments.
• Organize and manage all HSE activities at the site.
• Create the Installation Project Plan, incorporating objectives, organization, planning, and cost estimations in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Drive enhancements to the site management process.
• Provide timely reports to customers, the Project Manager, and the head office.
• Relevant experience in Project Management overseeing engineering projects or a background in craftsmanship.
• Proven history of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in fostering cohesive and motivated project teams.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and effective collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with electromechanical controls wiring and systems.
• Experience in contract management, project planning, and site organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 80–90% domestically or internationally.
• Ability to communicate and hear regularly.
• Capacity to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capability to bend at the knees for inspecting pallets or reviewing packing lists.
