This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Oversee the Zoetis Animal Health Dairy operations in collaboration with distributors, veterinarians, dealers, and producers within the designated territory.
β’ Engage with dairy producers, veterinarians, dealers, and distributor representatives.
β’ Assess and differentiate between Zoetis products and those of competitors.
β’ Facilitate educational training sessions and producer seminars leveraging presentation and sales capabilities.
β’ Foster relationships and influence within essential trade channels, including veterinarians, distributors, extension, and university staff.
β’ Manage a wide geographic area and a varied customer base to meet sales objectives, enhance market presence, and achieve business goals.
β’ Establish customer trust through consistency, credibility, and diligent follow-up.
β’ Strategically plan territory priorities by analyzing data, utilizing resources, and executing business plans.
β’ Utilize knowledge of the dairy industry, products, business, and finance.
β’ Collaborate effectively as a team member.
β’ Complete other designated duties and responsibilities.
β’ A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
β’ At least 3 years of cattle-related experience is necessary for the role of Territory Business Manager.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates with animal health experience and knowledge of the Dairy industry.
β’ Comprehensive product and disease knowledge is essential.
β’ Familiarity with Dairy Comp and PC Dart is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
β’ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential.
β’ Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is a plus.
β’ A valid driverβs license is mandatory.
β’ Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned area is required.
β’ Ability to work in dairy operations is necessary.
β’ Openness to work with cows, including husbandry, treatment administration, and product education is expected.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight, including some weekends, approximately 25% of the time is required.
β’ Must have or obtain authorization to work in the US.
