This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Propel sales growth and enhance client relationships within the specified region.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business prospects within the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass territory objectives.
• Conduct market research encompassing industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Maintain an understanding of radiopharmaceutical product features, advantages, and clinical significance.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Compile sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Document activities and customer information in Salesforce.com.
• Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and performance enhancements.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor industry regulations and relay pertinent updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, resulting in a BA/BS degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic environments.
• Proven experience participating in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
• Proficient in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline oversight.
• Ability to swiftly learn and convey complex clinical or technical information.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented team player.
• Strong preference for candidates residing in Providence, RI, Hartford, CT, or Albany, NY.
