Territory Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and grow sales within the designated territory.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan aimed at maximizing net sales of the assigned products.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the territory, market dynamics, product offerings, competitors, and relevant disease states.

• Meet sales objectives and provide timely, accurate reports.

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and their staff.

• Inform target audiences about products using approved resources and promotional strategies.

• Keep precise records of sales activities, calls, presentations, leads, and follow-ups.

• Engage in professional events, industry conferences, annual meetings, and company-wide gatherings.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access teams.

• Ensure an adequate supply of sales literature and educational materials.

• Organize and implement territory-specific events, including speaker bureau presentations and lunch-and-learn programs.

• Provide market intelligence to enhance brand strategies and execution.

• Manage travel, operational, and promotional expenses within the designated budget.


⛳️ Requirements

• A B.S. / B.A. degree in business, scientific, or a related field.

• At least five (5) years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.

• Preferred experience in transplant, nephrology, and/or rare/orphan specialty products.

• Familiarity with specialty drugs through a HUB distribution model is preferred.

• Comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitor knowledge.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must fulfill all requirements for healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.

• Willingness to travel 60%-70% domestically.

• Overnight travel is mandatory.
