This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Take charge of and implement a sales strategy for your designated territory, concentrating on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems.
• Develop referral connections with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Inform providers about LUX Infusion's home-based and suite-based infusion services along with its patient support model.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and intake teams to facilitate patient onboarding and manage complex cases.
• Monitor pipeline activity, referral expansion, and performance metrics by utilizing CRM tools.
• Assist patients in accessing timely and coordinated infusion therapy.
• Provide support to physicians and care teams with reliable solutions and consistent follow-through.
• Expand high-value referral networks.
• Effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks.
• Directly assist or coordinate help to ensure individuals with disabilities can access LUX Infusion services.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience.
• At least three (3) years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or specialty pharmacy.
• A consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Comfort in a dynamic, field-based sales position with significant face-to-face interaction.
• Experience in selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Motivation centered on patient-focused selling and fostering long-term provider partnerships.
• Willingness to participate annually in mandatory legal and ethical compliance training.
• Adherence to LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies.
• Compliance with all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual.
• Capability to occasionally stand, walk, or sit; use hands; reach; climb stairs; maintain balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; communicate verbally or audibly; and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Necessary close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus.
• Engaging sales work that has a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
