This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of and implement a territory sales strategy aimed at prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems.
• Establish referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Inform providers about LUX Infusion’s home-based and suite-based infusion services, along with the patient support model.
• Work in collaboration with clinical, operations, and intake teams to facilitate patient onboarding and manage complex cases.
• Monitor pipeline activities, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Ensure accountability, consistency, and follow-through in interactions with providers.
• Broaden access to infusion care by linking patients, providers, and health systems with infusion services.
• Cover the Chicago, IL area, with up to 40% annual travel, typically involving 1–2 overnight stays per month.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience.
• At least three (3) years of documented success in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy sectors.
• A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment with substantial face-to-face engagement.
• Experience in selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
• A motivation driven by patient-centered selling and fostering long-term provider partnerships.
• Required to participate annually in necessary legal and ethical compliance training.
• Must adhere to LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies.
• Comply with all standards and procedures detailed in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual.
• Avoid engaging in unethical or unlawful behavior.
• Capability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Required vision capabilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with the ability to adjust focus.
• Engaging sales work with a significant impact on patient lives.
