This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with TDIO leadership to develop and enhance the Capability Operating Model.
• Establish scalable Agile methodologies that align with the firm’s culture, governance, and strategic goals.
• Create and refine playbooks, templates, planning frameworks, operating rhythms, intake and prioritization models, RACIs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Formulate practical strategies, templates, and coaching resources for Capability Owners to develop and advance capability backlogs.
• Work alongside Learning & Development and Change Management to provide Agile guidance, training, and communication initiatives.
• Guide teams in the progressive adoption of Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methods.
• Mentor Capability Owners, Agile Leads, and Capability Teams on Agile principles and product-focused delivery.
• Facilitate activities related to prioritization, roadmapping, capacity planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
• Promote servant leadership behaviors through mentoring and workshops.
• Observe team practices and ceremonies, providing actionable coaching insights.
• Enhance team practices including planning, backlog refinement, board walks, reviews, retrospectives, and others.
• Evaluate team maturity and suggest practical enhancements and delivery metrics.
• Identify organizational challenges and collaborate with leadership to eliminate obstacles.
• Create reusable templates, guides, and standards.
• Develop training materials and lead workshops.
• Collaborate with PMO, Product Management, Architecture, and Delivery leadership.
• Partner with Learning & Development to curate role-specific learning paths.
• Keep abreast of Agile, Lean, product management, organizational design, and delivery methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is required.
• Agile certification (e.g., ICAgile, CEC, SPC, CSP, PSM) is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading Agile transformations or coaching organizations in Agile adoption.
• Proven experience in implementing Product or Capability Operating Models in complex organizational settings.
• Experience in coaching senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional groups through organizational change.
• Professional services or consulting background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, product-centric delivery, Agile operating models, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience in executive coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, workshop delivery, organizational change, and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Ability to tailor Agile frameworks to meet organizational needs while maintaining a balance between governance and delivery objectives.
• Capacity to influence without direct authority, develop effective operating models, and drive organizational adoption of innovative working methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
