Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and conduct Scrum events.

• Eliminate obstacles and encourage collaboration.

• Assist the Product Owner.

• Foster continuous improvement.

• Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented.

• Advise Scrum Master teams on agile values and principles.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and communicate key information while monitoring team progress.

• Create and develop evaluation tools to assess the application of Scrum principles.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Formulate communication strategies for stakeholders and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and provide support to the Scrum team.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems utilizing wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members and stakeholders on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to address potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Capabilities in execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting initiatives.

• Proficiency in business intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Relevant professional qualification or specialized training.

• Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
