Human Resource Business Partner – Payroll/PEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate connections between candidates and various payroll, HR, and PEO roles via HireWith's Job Creator Network.

• Align candidates with positions that correspond to their skills and career aspirations.

• Offer individualized one-on-one assistance to prepare candidates for client interviews.

• Grant access to job openings that may not be advertised to the public.

• Conduct resume evaluations and assist candidates in interview preparation.

• Optimize candidates' job searches and support them in creating the best possible impression.

• Qualification criteria differ based on the employer within the Job Creator Network.

• All candidates, regardless of their background and experience level, are welcome to apply.

• Preferred candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience with a payroll service bureau or PEO.

• Familiarity with HRIS, Benefits, or Time modules is essential.

• Experience with one or more of the following systems: UKG Ready, isolved, Asure Evolution, ExecuPay, MPAY, ApexHCM, Tax Notice Resolution, APTM, MasterTax, etc.
