Telephone Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp who have expressed interest in a trial class at Virtus Jiu-Jitsu.

• Assessing prospects in accordance with established criteria.

• Arranging trial class appointments based on the prospects' schedules.

• Recording call results and managing the customer database effectively.

• Collaborating closely with the team to guarantee that prospects receive the best possible assistance.

• Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service is advantageous.

• A friendly and convincing demeanor on calls.

• An organized approach to work and the capability to adhere to established procedures.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people.

• Basic understanding of martial arts is beneficial but not mandatory.
