This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls

• Present loans, credit, and other financial products from Alfin Banco

• Assess client needs and provide the appropriate financial solutions

• Follow up with interested clients to enhance conversion rates and secure sales

• Attend a two-day training session

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• Positions available in Lima and provinces

• Must have a PC or laptop

• Operating System: Windows 10/11

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB-enabled headphones

• Camera must be on during training

• Identity declaration required

• Secondary education completed

• Availability for full-time hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Unlimited commissions

• Retention bonus of S/ 100, contingent on perfect attendance (S/ 50 for the first month and S/ 50 for the second month)
